BPNote Lite is a digital journal designed for monitoring blood pressure and related health metrics. It allows users to systematically record daily measurements such as blood pressure, weight, body temperature, medication intake, and personal notes, providing a comprehensive overview of one’s health data.

The application offers a straightforward visualization feature, presenting recorded measurements through easy-to-interpret graphs. This facilitates better understanding of health trends over time, making it a useful tool for ongoing health management.

Notes: Data stored within the app retains records for up to three months; entries older than this are automatically removed to optimize storage.
